Username and Passcode do not work

Before you contact us about this, please make absolutely sure that you have typed everything in correctly. We recommend copying and pasting the codes to be certain. So far is almost all cases of logins not working have been due to mistyped codes or expired memberships. If you are certain that you have entered the correct codes and have good reason to believe that your membership has not expired then please e-mail us immediately:

Please DO NOT e-mail us from an AOL e-mail address.
Unfortunately we often cannot reply as AOL usually block our e-mails.

We attempt to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours. If we do not reply within 48 hours (don’t forget to check your spam folder) then please send your e-mail again from a different e-mail address. There are several ISPs out there who are currently filtering or blocking our e-mails (AOL, Verizon etc.) and making it impossible for us to contact anyone with one of those e-mail addresses. We ALWAYS reply so if you don’t receive one it’s because we cannot contact you.
