We strongly recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox to enter the members’ area of this website. The most recent versions of Internet Explorer sometimes throw up spurious error messages and sometimes fail to handle the login process. Chrome, Firefox & Opera account for the vast majority of Internet users so we tune the site to work perfectly with those browsers, although it works very well with most browsers. If you just see a blank page when logging in, it almost certainly means you are using Internet Explorer.

NOTE: If on logging in you are informed that your account is restricted contact us at once (always include your username and billing company) and remember we cannot reply to Mail.com, AOL.com or many Yahoo.com accounts as these e-mail providers automatically block e-mails from many adult sites. Account restrictions ONLY happen when the automatic security script detects suspicious activity on an account. Account restrictions cannot be applied manually.

If you e-mail us and get no reply within 24 hours (and you’ve checked your spam folder!), please try again from a DIFFERENT e-mail account. We ALWAYS reply to customer service e-mails we receive so if you do not receive a reply, either we’re not getting your e-mail or you’re not receiving ours. This problem has got worse in recent months.

 

Recently, we have found that the following email account providers either delete or bounce our e-mails:

  • AOL.com
  • Mail.com
  • ebielectric.com
  • Yahoo.com
